Safety requirements for masonry engineering operations

Author:

1. Homeworkers must undergo safety education before entering the site, and can only enter after passing the examination. Qualified safety helmets must be worn when entering the construction site, with the chin strap fastened and the buckle locked.

Before operation, it is necessary to check whether the operating environment meets safety requirements, whether the roads are unobstructed, whether the machinery is intact and firm, and whether the safety facilities and protective equipment are complete. Construction can only be carried out after passing the inspection and meeting the requirements.

3. When laying the foundation, it is necessary to check and regularly pay attention to the changes in the soil of the foundation pit, whether there are any cracks, and stack brick materials at least 1 meter away from the edge of the pit. When installing baffle supports in deep foundation pits, operators should use ladders to climb up and down, and should not climb or jump. When transporting materials, they should not collide with the supports, nor should they step on the masonry and supports up and down.

When the height of the wall masonry exceeds 1.2m above the floor, scaffolding should be erected for operation; When the height exceeds 4m, a safety net must be erected for the inner scaffold, and protective railings and toe boards should be installed for the outer scaffold before masonry can be carried out.

5. The amount of material stacked on the scaffold (uniformly distributed load shall not exceed 200kg per m2, concentrated load shall not exceed 150kg), and the height of the stacked bricks shall not exceed 3 skin side bricks. No more than two people are allowed on the same scaffold board, and it is strictly prohibited to use unstable tools or objects to elevate the scaffold for operation.

When the masonry height exceeds 1.2m, scaffolding should be erected for operation; When the height exceeds 4m, a safety net must be erected for internal scaffolding, and protective railings and toe boards should be installed for external scaffolding before masonry. When working at heights without protection, safety belts must be fastened.

7. When transporting materials and mortar into the foundation pit, it is strictly prohibited to forcefully pour or throw materials and tools downwards.

8. When manually transporting bricks with a handcart, the distance between the two carts should not be less than 2 meters on flat ground and 10 meters on a slope. When installing bricks, the higher part should be taken first, followed by the lower part, and the layers should be taken in order. Vertical transportation is adopted and overloading is strictly prohibited; When using brick cages to place bricks on the floor slab, they should be evenly distributed; Brick cages are strictly prohibited from being hung directly on scaffolding. The hopper for hanging mortar should not be overfilled and should be 10cm below the upper edge of the hopper.

When there are signs of danger during the operation, the operator should pause the operation, evacuate to a safe area, and immediately report to the superior. Without the approval of the construction technology management personnel, it is strictly prohibited to resume operations. In emergency situations, operations must be carried out under the command of the construction technology management personnel.

10. In the event of an accident during homework, it is necessary to promptly rescue the injured, promptly report to superiors, protect the accident scene, and take measures to control the accident. If the rescue work may cause the accident to expand or personnel injury, it must be carried out under the guidance of the construction technical management personnel.

11. Other safety operation requirements that comply with relevant masonry engineering.
